Industrial Training Fund (ITF) / NECA Technical Skills Development Project (TSDP) 2025.

Title: Technical Skills Training Programme

Location: Lagos

Objectives
At the end of the training participants would be:

Equipped with the globally recognized certification programme in Computer and Internet proficiency for employability.
Skilled in the critical competencies in Information and Comnjunication Technology required to create wealth and be self employed.
Empowered with in-depth mentorship opportunities to become entrepreneurs capable of starting and running sustainable technology based business.

The Programme

Successful candidates will enjoy free tuition, lunch and stipend
The programme is non-residential
Candidates, will, therefore, be responsible for their accommodation throughout the duration of the programme.

Requirements
Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 35 years and are required to possess any one of the following qualifications:

Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE)
Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
HND or B.Sc
Good numerical ability and fluency in communication is a required skill. Interest and passion for exploring the ICT world as a career will be an added advantage.

Entrance Examination
Selected candidates will be contacted to come for an oral interview. Candidates should bring along the following:

2 passport size photographs
Original Birth Certificate,
Educational Qualification Certificate (s)
Original and photocopy of National ID, Voter’s Card or International Passport.

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified graduates who will act as our agents in the marketing of highly intelligent vehicle tracking and speed limiter solutions.

Responsibilities

Search for potential customers and bring them onboard
Provide customers with immediate price quotations and strongly convince them
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and initial sales
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Record sales and send copies to the sales office
Review own sales performance from time to time
Demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features of our products to potential customers
Developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales
Undertake a wide range of other sales related tasks as may be needed from time to time.

Qualifications

Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Social Sciences or any other Management discipline
Good written and oral English communication skills
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Pre-marketing experience not compulsory
Applicants should not be more than 30 years old
Marketing experience within a vehicular tracking or logistics industry will be a plus
Must be of extremely high integrity, confident and motivated for the job
Must be resident in the designated city of operation.
