JAMB Admission Cut-off Marks 2020/2021 for Universities, Poly, COEs : The Official: Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Cut-off Marks 2020/2021 for Institutions in Nigeria (Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education) is here. JAMB pegged the minimum cut-off mark for admissions into universities for the 2020/2021 academic year at 160.

The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, (UTME) 2020 Jamb Cut Off Marks for All Nigeria Institutions has just been released! JAMB reintroduces post-UTME and reduces general cut-off mark to 160 for Varsities & 120 for Polytechnics / College of Education.

Jamb Cut off mark For Universities and Polytechnics 2020

Following the 19th Policy Meeting on Admissions to Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria, the Board has approved 160 and above as the national minimum benchmark for admission for the year 2020 into public universities. The board also adopted 120 as the minimum cut-off mark for admission into Polytechnics and the college of Education.

JAMB Cut off Mark for Private Universities in Nigeria.

The 19th Policy meeting held at Bola Babalakin Auditorium, Gbongan, Osun State, on Tuesday, 11th June also approved 140 as minimum UTME score for admission into private universities.

JAMB Cutoff Mark for Public Polytechnics in Nigeria.

For public polytechnic, 120 minimum UTME score was approved.

Cut-off Mark for Private Polytechnics.

While 110 UTME score was approved as the least score for admission into private polytechnic.

He said, “What JAMB has done is to recommend; we will only determine the minimum, whatever you determine as your admission cut-off mark is your decision.

“The Senate and academic boards of universities should be allowed to determine their cut-off marks.”

Official JAMB Admission Cut-off Marks 2020/2021 for Universities, Poly, COEs.

All Nigeria tertiary institutions have fixed their 2020 official JAMB cut-off marks for admission. This followed the directive gave by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB at its last policy meeting.

As decided by the Senate and management of each institution, the 2020 admission cut-off marks for all institutions are as follows;
