The entry submission period for DV-2022 is from 12:00PM EDT (GMT -4) on October 7, 2020 to 12:00PM EST (GMT -5) on November 10, 2020. The entry form will only be available for submission during this period and this period only. Entries will NOT be accepted through the U.S. Postal Service.

- For the purposes of eligibility some countries include components and dependent areas overseas.
- Please read carefully about eligibility in the DV-2022 Program Instructions (PDF) – Embeded PDF is in English version, other versions are available at the official website
- If you are a native of a dependency or overseas territory, please select the appropriate country of eligibility.
- For example, natives of Macau S.A.R should select Portugal, and natives of Martinique should select France.
Important Notes About DV Lottery 2022:
All DV-2021 diversity visa program applicants must be found eligible for, and obtain, their visa or adjust status by the end of fiscal year 2021 (September 30, 2021).

How to Apply for US DV Lottery 2022.
Interested candidates should visit the online application portal @ https://dvprogram.state.gov/ to apply.
US visa application is currently done through the U.S visa application website (dvprogram.state.gov) or website domicile to the countries US embassy (e.g ng.usembassy.gov for application through US Embassy and Consulate in Nigeria)
However, the entry form for the US DV Lottery 2022 will only be available for submission through the U.S visa application website (dvprogram.state.gov) during the stipulated application period only. Entries will NOT be accepted through the U.S. Postal Service.
