1. Fulbright OPEN

The Fulbright Program is the U.S. government’s flagship international educational and cultural exchange program. Led by the U.S. government in partnership with 160 countries worldwide, Fulbright provides successful candidates with a maximum of two years’ funding toward a master’s degree or to conduct research in U.S. institutions  for one academic year.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program enhances leadership among international professionals who collaborate to address local and global challenges and foster change for our collective good. The Humphrey Program is funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by the Institute of International Education.

3. Canadian Francophonie Scholarship Program  CANCELED

The Canadian Francophonie Scholarship Program (CFSP) is entirely funded by the Government of Canad. The program is a scholarship program designed to build institutional capacities by training employed nationals from developing countries of La Francophonie.

6. Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS) OPEN

The Government of Canada launched the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS) program to strengthen Canada’s ability to attract and retain world-class doctoral students and establish Canada as a global center of excellence in research and higher learning.

Up to 166 scholarships are awarded annually, valued at $50,000 per year each.

7. China CSC Scholarships T.B.A

Chinese Government Scholarship programs sponsor international students, teachers, and scholars to undertake degree studies (bachelor, master, and PhD) and Chinese language study or academic research in institutions of higher education in China.

The DAAD is the world’s largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and researchers. This fully funded government scholarship program offers you the opportunity to continue your academic education in Germany with a postgraduate course of study.

10. Eiffel Excellence Scholarships T.B.A

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is funded by the French government. The program enables French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.

11. Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships OPEN

13. Government of Flanders Master Mind Scholarships T.B.A

The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training awards scholarships for master’s programs in Flanders and Brussels to outstanding students from around the world.

A Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €8 200 plus a tuition fee waiver per academic year.  The grant covers accommodation costs, insurances and a significant amount of your living expenses.

14. New Zealand Scholarships CANCELED

As a result of COVID-19, the program had to change its focus for tertiary scholarships in 2024. This year, tertiary scholarships was available to applicants from the Pacific only.

15. Holland Scholarships T.B.A

The Holland scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as well as several Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. The scholarship amounts to €5,000. You will receive this in the first year of your studies.

The Holland Scholarship is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s in the Netherlands.

16. Orange Knowledge Program T.B.A

The Orange Knowledge Programme aims to contribute to a society’s sustainable and inclusive development. Its scholarships are open to mid-career professionals in specific countries.

Scholarships are available for a selection of short courses (duration 2 weeks to 12 months) and master’s programs (duration 12 to 24 months).

Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships is a program of scholarships offered by the Scottish Government with Scottish universities in the areas of science, technology, creative industries, healthcare and medical sciences, and renewable and clean energy.

Scholarships are available to citizens of the following countries: Canada, China (including Hong Kong), India, Japan, Pakistan, and USA.

21. Ireland Governments Scholarship Programs OPEN
