UNIOSUN Fresh Students Screening Registration Procedure 2025/2026: Here is the right procedure for Osun State University, UNIOSUN fresh students screening registration for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This is to inform all the 2025/2026 newly admitted students of the Osun State University (UNIOSUN) that the authorities of the university have released the screening registration procedure they have to follow.

UNIOSUN Fresh Students Screening Registration Procedure 2025/2026.

New Method

It has come to the notice of the Management that some freshers whose admissions were processed shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown could not present themselves physically for the compulsory College/Faculty screening of their credentials.

The Management hereby wishes to notify all freshers in this category to scan the appropriate documents to their respective College Secretaries so that their information can be verified and their portal activated accordingly.

NB: For the avoidance of doubt, the documents required for the online screening and activation are stated below;

1. UNIOSUN Provisional Admission Slip
2. JAMB Admission Letter
3. Original and Photocopy of O’Level Result
4. Statement of Result and Copy of Academic Transcript (Direct Entry Only)
5. UTME Result/DE Registration Form
6. Post UTME Screening Result
7. Two copies of Acceptance Clearance
8. Valid (three years) Tax Clearance of Parent
9. Osun State Development Levy
10. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
11. Letter of attestation from a reputable personality.

UNIOSUN Freshers Screening Registration Procedure (Old Method).

1. Upon completion of Acceptance Registration on the Admissions Portal, all freshers are required to proceed to the College Office for screening exercise.
2. Freshers are to present the following documents in the order listed below: (effective from Wednesday, 27th November, 2025)
   1. UNIOSUN Provisional Admission Slip
   2. JAMB Admission Letter
   3. Original and Photocopy of O’Level Result
   4. Statement of Result and Copy of Academic Transcript (Direct Entry Only)
   5. UTME Result/DE Registration Form
   6. Post UTME Screening Result
   7. Two copies of Acceptance Clearance
   8. Valid (three years) Tax Clearance of Parent
   9. Osun State Development Levy
   10. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
   11. Letter of attestation from a reputable personality.
3. After successful verification of the documents listed in (2) above, freshers are to collect files and other necessary documents. The Students’ Portal account of the fresher is then activated. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ACTIVATED PORTAL ACCOUNTS CAN PROCEED FOR FURTHER REGISTRATION.
4. After activation, freshers are to proceed for payment of the stipulated fees via the UNIOSUN Interswitch WebPAY platform.
5. Freshers are to complete courses registration online and submit copies of course forms in their respective Departments.
6. Freshers are to submit the files collected in (3) above with all the necessary documents on or before the registration deadline.
