There are no fewer than three persons whose bodies were burnt as a result of an explosion that occurred at a shop opposite Kubwa Village Market in Abuja, on Friday.

Residents around the scene broke down in tears upon seeing the damage by the fire.
The number of lives affected by the fire is sketchy as of the time of this report.
The fire service came on the scene to put off the inferno but it struggled with it for close to 20 minutes.
It later pulled its vehicle out of the zone when it ran out of water.
Crowds were gathering to view the incident when men of the Nigeria Police Force arrived the venue and dispersed the crowd by shooting in the air.
Cause of the explosion is still not clear at the time of filing this report.
