NAMIP Sustainability Challenge | Win Up to $50,000

The NAMIP Sustainability Challenge for Nigerian Media is officially accepting applications. Media organisations can earn up to $50,000 for their project and become a part of NAMIP’s innovation and capacity building programme, which will run through 2024.

The NAMIP Sustainability Challenge is looking for applications from media organisations who want to improve their “organisational sustainability” by creating innovative news and information products that:

  • Investigate ways to reach and interact with a larger audience via digital platforms and technology; and
  • Create new revenue-generating prospects or long-term business models.

NAMIP is being implemented by Media Development Investment Fund and is being financed by the MacArthur Foundation to accelerate digital innovation and create new economic models for Nigerian independent media.
