Nigeria Defence Academy NDA Clears Air on Admitting Applicants: The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has warned members of the public about an admission scam via fake social media accounts, which purportedly belong to the Commandant of the academy, Major General Jamil Sarham.

In a statement on Wednesday, NDA’s Public Relations Officer, Major Abubakar Abdullai, insisted that information can be confirmed on its official website and social media accounts.

“The NDA has no part in the establishment or operations of these fraudulent social media accounts.

“Invariably, we wish to warn the public to be wary of these accounts and that anyone conducting any business with them does so at his or her own peril,” the statement read in part.

It added that all NDA activities are communicated via the official website and on Facebook and Twitter handles – @DefenceAcademyNG and @HQ_NDA respectively.
