This is to inform you that the BUK Post UTME Screening Form 2024/2025 is out. The management of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has commenced the sale of its 2024/2025 academic session post UTME screening application form.

Candidates seeking admission into the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) Degree Programmes are hereby informed that the Post UTME screening application form for the 2024/2025 academic session is ongoing.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has indicated that it would not clear any shortlisted candidate who does not have ‘O’ Level results. All candidates are advised to visit any JAMB Office or accredited CBT centre nearest to them to upload their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO etc)

Even candidates who do not satisfy the University screening conditions below are advised to provide the ‘O’ level details for consideration by other institutions. (Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification). You are allowed to supply a maximum of two different ‘O’ Level examination results.

How to Apply for BUK UTME Form 2024/2025.

Step 1: Login

Go to the 2024 BUK Post UTME Screening Form registration portal (https://mybuk2.buk.edu.ng/bukat2024/bukat_login.php). Then Login using your UTME Number and UTME Score.

Step 2: Profile Update

Applicants are to provide their Date of birth, LGA, Phone Number used when registering with JAMB, Email address used when registering with JAMB, alternate Phone number, alternate Email address, Next of Kin, Phone Number of next of kin and Contact Address. Applicants cannot change their full name and state of origin. Applicants can choose the preferred email and phone number to be used in any correspondence, in case the email and/or phone number used in JAMB registration is not accessible to the applicant.

Step 3: ‘O’ Level Update

After successful profile update, you can then update your O’ Level results. For those awaiting examination, please enter ‘AW’ as grade and for those awaiting result should enter ‘AR’ as their grades. Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification. You are allowed to supply amaximum of two different ‘O’ Level examinations results.

You need to check on the declaration in order to be able to submit your O’ Levels. You can view result you have submitted as indicated in the following figure

If you want to update/change your result, you have to resubmit all the information and previous information will be replaced with the updated information.

Step 4: Generate/Print BUK Personalised Payment Form (BUKPPF)

After successfully updating your ‘O’ Level, you are ready to generate the BUK Personalised Payment Form (BUKPPF). The BUKPPF includes Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number and other information needed to make payment through the Remita e-Payments platform.

Clicking on the Generate Your BUKPPF button generate the BUKPPF so that you can download and print it.

Step 5: Print Acknowledgement Slip

After your payment has been verified and processed you can processed to print your acknowledgement slip. Note that the schedule (Venue, Date and Time) of the BUK Aptitude Test will be communicated to you using the following:

preferred phone number and/or
preferred email address
you supplied in your profile.

Note that applicants cannot print their acknowledgement slip until payment is processed and verified.

BUK Post UTME Screening Form Application Deadline:

Online Screening will commence on November 14, 2024, and close on January 13, 2024.

Note that the Date, Venue and Time of the BUK Aptitude Test will be communicated to you using the phone number and/or e-mail address (used in JAMB registration) you supplied in the form you filled in.

Also, note that blind and foreign candidates are exempted from the aptitude test. However, they need to do the online registration.

ANY CANDIDATE WHO FAILS TO REGISTER FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE WITHIN THE STIPULATED DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
